A playfull renovation of an existing ranch house with a modern twist. The renovation includes a master bedroom suite, upgraded kitchen, a children's playroom, carport and ancillary spaces. The roofs lift up to maximize daylight for the central living space and connect it with the exterior.
A country addition and renovation to an existing ranch house with an emphasis on exterior living space punctuated with garden islands. The renovation includes a master bedroom suite, upgraded kitchen, a children's playroom, carport and ancillary spaces. The Cabin addition features a large great room, a masonry fireplace, patio doors that connect to an outdoor canopy.
A formal estate which exploits the lake's stunning natural view and exterior spaces with balconies stepping down to the water's edge. The attic features children's lofts connected to a play area with a large arched window. Program includes: eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, entertainment theater, and a four car garage.
